Chocolate Tasting

I held a quite exquisite chocolate tasting party.  I bought four different types of artisan chocolates; each one coming from a different country: Mexico, Belgium, Spain and Venezuela. Two guests give their educated opinions on the chocolates they tried. In my personal opinion, the Spanish chocolate was the best. Remember that cacao plants do not grow but only on tropical weather. When a chocolate is made from a certain country, it does not mean that the cacao bean came from there, it means that the chocolate was prepared there. Switzerland, for example, is popular not because it grows the best cacao beans out there, but because it perfectly combines all the ingredients necessary to make exquisite chocolate.
